Good Morning! Time to wake up!
Eucalyptus or Peppermint Essential Oils will help get your senses going in the morning. Try a couple of drops in the shower. For those non-morning people, try some Lemongrass, which will help decrease both irritability and drowsiness.
Keep Energized Throughout the Day

Most citrus oils will help keep your energy up throughout the day. Try diffusing Blood Orange, Pink Grapefruit or Lemon in the afternoon. Cedarwood Atlas Essential Oil will help stabilize one's energy, and at the same time it will help calm nervous tension. To reduce mental fatigue, try diffusing Spearmint Essential Oil.
To Help with Calm in the Evening
Frankincense will help centre the mind and quiet the mental chatter. It is particularly helpful when you are feeling overwhelmed. Clary Sage, Linden Blossom, Vanilla and Tangerine are all helpful when in need of calming or relaxing energy.
Aromazzzzz...for Bedtime

Lavender and Chamomile Essential Oils are wonderful to use at bedtime for the whole family: adults, children and pets. Try diffusing in the air before bedtime or a couple of drops in a warm bath before bed. For children, Mandarin is also wonderful not only to help them sleep, but also helps dispel fears.
